    Isocucurbitacin D inhibits tumor cell growth with ED50s of 0.06, 0.2, 0.6, 0.8 and 1.2 μg/mL against SK-MEL-2, A549, XF498, HCT15 and SK-OV-3 cells, respectively. Cell Proliferation Assay Cell Line:MCF-7, MDA MB 231, A2780, A2780 CP, HepG2 and HCT-116 cells Concentration:0-100 μM Incubation Time:48 h Result:Inhibited cell proliferation with IC50s of 12.0, 30.7, 37.8, 47.9, >100 and >100 μM against MDA MB 231, HCT-116, HepG2, MCF-7, A2780 and A2780 CP, respectively.
